We do not align ourselves with the typical "stack 'em high, sell 'em cheap" approach of many agencies - whereby candidates' personal details are indiscriminately distributed, almost as some form of direct mass-marketing email campaign.
In contrast, we take time to ensure that all candidates whose details are submitted are keen to be considered for the role and have authorised their application. We have built our reputation on this over the years.
