Inclusive Design Architect (21175)
Are you able to technically lead a multi-disciplinary project team consisting of Engineers, Consultants and Designers? Do you have the breadth of knowledge and experience to create leading edge products in many sectors including connected devices, data analytics and integrated systems?
You will need to combine formal User Experience orientated design methods with a strong sense of empathy to understand the needs and behaviours of the users of the service and to translate this into robust requirements for new products and services in medical, consumer and industrial sectors.
As the Inclusive Design Architect you will have an outstanding academic background including a technical degree from one of the world’s top 100 universities combined with significant experience demonstrating strengths in the following:
- Business Analysis Techniques and the use of BPM tools
- Facilitating and leading workshops and group discussions
- Formal User Experience orientated design methods applied to real world problems
- Full lifecycle implementation from pilot into commercial operations
- Proven leadership and communication skills
Working within this group you will be the go to person for medical, consumer and industrial solutions. You will be key in technically growing the business area, but also able to take solutions to a conclusion. This is an excellent opportunity to working alongside some of the most talented technical people in the world on complex multi-disciplinary medical devices and systems, you will use your excellent skills to contribute to and lead cutting edge technology developments.
