Can you offer an outstanding academic background (top degree from a top Uni) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similar - along with excellent mathematical abilities and strong C / C++, Python, Scala, Java or similar? Can you also offer proven expertise in areas such as the use of Mapping APIs and Mapping Systems (OpenStreetMap, Here, GIS etc) - ideally, with experience of applying this knowledge to mapping systems for autonomous vehicles / routing algorithms?
This is a fantastic opportunity to be “in-at-the-start” of an exciting new project, to join a renowned team working on state of the art applications involving Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Mapping, 3D Graphics / Modelling, Probabilistic Modelling / Planning and Data Analysis. You will be responsible for developing systems to capture and apply real world data to enhance existing map information.
Only the best need apply: In addition to proven experience in the use of Mapping Systems - possibly gained in application areas such as autonomous / automotive systems or robotic control - you will of course also have good software skills using C / C++, Python, Scala or Java and familiarity with Linux, Git etc.
