Senior Python / Devops Developer (23383)
Based in central Cambridge, our client has disrupted traditional technologies in their field with their cloud based open-source platform. As they further expand, they seek a Senior Python / Devops Developer to take a leading role in development, automation, monitoring and testing of their systems through continuous delivery – so building robust code is required.
Candidate requirements:
- Degree qualified – subject area doesn’t matter, but commercial relevant project work does.
- Experience developing with Python on distributed / cloud systems – ideally on large open source codebases. Strong community spirit and experience in community contributions is desirable.
- Broad technology aptitude – Ruby, AWS, Django, PHP, Drupal, Redis, Lucene, Elasticsearch, Docker, Vagrant, Jenkins, Selenium, Grafana, Telegraf, SaltStack.
