C# Developer (24053)
Have you been creating commercial C# software for a few years now?
This small yet expanding software product company is developing a web based applications to target their educational product area. They currently have the market leading product and this new web based product range is to ensure they keep a competitive edge.
As a software engineer you will have a good technical degree and at least two years’ experience in developing C# .NET 4.5, or higher, software. During this time you will have used design patterns within your developments.
This role will strengthen your experience of:
- Practical knowledge of design patterns and avoidance of anti-patterns
- Commercial software development and open source
- Programming using C# .NET 4.5 and higher
- Writing ASP.NET (Core) MVC web applications and API/services
- Writing modern JavaScript code with help of package managers, libraries and transpilers (NPM, WebPack, TypeScript) using Visual Studio Code
- Use of Entity Framework
- NUnit and/or MSTest
Working as part of a very small team, you will have the opportunity to develop a new product as a clean design, creating optimal and testable code. This management owned company are offering significant share options (3% share), since this is a key position for them.
