• A good relevant degree from a top university, or an exemplary career history
• Expertise in streaming audio/video formats, codecs and performance: VP8 / VP9, Ogg (Vorbis / Opus), MP4 H.264 (AAC, MPEG), FLAC, MP3.
• Expertise in video streaming transport / frameworks: HLS, RTP, GStreamer
• A strong knowledge of practical compsci and your coding languages of choice
