Manufacturing Manager (Senior) (24455)

With this dynamic, early stage company based in Cambridge who are at a key stage in their growth. They are developing a world leading healthcare technology and are now looking for a senior manager to head up their Manufacturing function, as they prepare to manufacture and introduce their breakthrough product to market.

You will have scope to implement and manage the supply chain processes, enabling our client to grow from small batch to full scale production. The role calls for someone able to: offer strategic planning for efficiency and growth, work closely with other business functions, and grow and develop the Manufacturing team.

Working with your counterpart in Quality, part of your role will be to ensure full traceability and compliance with ISO 13485 and CFR 820.

For this key role, you’ll have extensive senior manufacturing management experience in a medical device manufacturing environment. Awaiting the right candidate is a superb package commensurate with experience.
