Lead Agile Coach / Mentor (24513)
As this successful software and electronics company grows, they’re keen to ensure their graduate developers have good coaching and mentoring. Join them and manage up to a dozen graduate developers: this may be their first job, and you’ll be coaching them and helping develop their future careers.
The position demands someone with a strong professional software engineering background, and a real interest in proactively helping developers to grow and stretch themselves.
Your CV will show your:
- Good qualifications, including a top university degree in a relevant subject and strong A-levels
- Commercial experience as a senior software developer / engineer
- Significant experience coaching and mentoring developers
- An appreciation for the merits of Agile approaches such as Scrum and Kanban
You’d be joining a family-friendly company in central Cambridge, whose technology spans hardware and software, and is applied to a number of high tech products. A competitive salary and good benefits are on offer to the right candidate.
This is a full-time role in Cambridge, UK; you’ll need full existing permission to live and work in the UK without time limit, restriction or sponsorship.
