DevOps - London (24699)

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic DevOps Engineer to help support our client’s rapidly expanding business developing leading edge technology which will have a widespread and revolutionary impact on the way we live and work. By supporting their high-performing team of scientists and engineers with the best IT tools and solutions, you will be playing a key part in the success of this project.

Based in central London, this is a varied role spanning architecting, building and maintaining their IT and deployment infrastructure, and could include such tasks as automating deployment, managing security and configuring AWS-hosted Kubernetes clusters.

The successful candidate will have significant DevOps experience, full and unrestricted right to work in the UK, and ideally a good degree from a well-regarded university.

You will be able to display experience in most of the following:

• Linux administration, an understanding of IT security, and the flexibility to tackle deployment to other platforms, even bare metal installations
• Coding ability for instance C++, Python or Go
• Cloud (especially AWS)
• Experience of working with Chef, Puppet, Kubernetes
• Logging/monitoring tools such as ElasticSearch
