Due to continued success they are now seeking an experienced line manager to lead and develop their software team. You will build, lead and coach a high-performing team of developers, promoting best development practice, Agile methods, and planning training and career development activities.

To interface effectively with your team you will need:

• A strong academic background with a good degree in an applicable technical subject from a leading university
• Significant prior experience as a developer using modern C++
• Solid understanding of the theory and application of the Agile methodology and software development best practice
• Prior experience in leading or mentoring sizable teams of developers
