As well as continuing to do hands-on development, you will have a broad range of responsibilities, including:

• Contributing to strategic technical decisions
• Overseeing software development activity and managing the successful delivery of projects
• Building a first-rate software development culture
• Team leading

You’ll be an excellent software developer with some experience of project and people management, perhaps as a team lead, who is ready to step up to a bigger challenge. Your technical skills will include strong C/C++ and Python development.
