Senior Software Developer (25024)

Based in central Cambridge, this start-up is building the next generation of IoT frameworks based on stronger security and recognition. They have put together a strong team core, but are keen to recruit new members to provide further technical expertise. They are currently looking for a Senior Software Developer to take a leading technical role on IoT full stacks and cloud services – evaluating trustworthiness and implementing scalable code.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified (Computer Science, Maths or similar) and 3+ years’ relevant commercial experience in design and development of IoT technologies.
• Expertise with IoT cloud stacks (Azure Sphere; AWS IoT Core; Siemens MindSphere; or GE Predix).
• Further experience with: IoT device identity; application level security; and microservices.
• Technical experience with Linux based SaaS, Golang, and REST would be desirable.

This is a specialist technical role, so experience with the above requirements is paramount, and should be on top of general software engineering experience (ideally within an Agile environment).
