Software Engineer (Product Instrumentation) (25188)
Having successfully completed their latest investment funding round, this growing start-up has recently moved to accommodate their expanding teams. They currently have several future projects being reviewed, and need more people to join them to execute their vision.
The company develop a range of scientific hardware applications looking to revolutionise healthcare research through real-time information. Part of their current recruitment drive is for an experienced Software Engineer to join them.
Requirements:
- Background writing C and Python for control systems that interface with hardware (microcontrollers, pumps, etc…)
- Familiarity with electronics – understanding how software interfaces with the hardware.
- Experience with software test including automated test scripts.
- Additional experience with LabVIEW, C# or Java would be desirable.
The teams are multidisciplinary, so experience working with electronics, mechanics and life sciences would be useful – and this relates to communicating with technical people of different disciplines.
