Software Engineer, Embedded Linux (Android) (25350)
A successful Cambridge product company produce their own hardware (including tailored ICs), drivers and end-user software. To support their Android product line they’re seeking an embedded developer, accustomed to working in C for embedded Linux, ideally with the Android Linux kernel specifically.
Your concise CV will demonstrate your:
- Good degree from a top university in a relevant subject, and strong A-level grades
- Strong commercial experience of embedded development in C
- Experience working on kernel-mode code, especially drivers
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative and Agile team
Deeper experience of Android device development, Linux board support packages (BSP), app development, TCP/IP, and coding experience in C++ and/or Java would be beneficial.
