Software Test Engineer (25822)
Join an Agile development team and work collaboratively alongside other engineers to ensure a high standard of software product is shipped to customers worldwide. This role will include a mix of exploratory UI testing and targetted SDK and API tests written in JavaScript.
In addition you will be:
- Skilled at working alongside JavaScript developers as part of an Agile team
- Communicative and keen to help produce a high quality and thoroughly tested product
- Practised in applying platform and exploratory testing and using test frameworks
- Able to create exploratory test charters, to facilitate a documented approach
- Familiar with at least the basics of JavaScript, as a language for testing other JavaScript code and APIs (but note, exceptionally strong manual test CVs without JavaScript experience will still be reviewed by ECM)
- Well versed in web technologies, aware of the speed of browser evolution and where current standards are
In addition you will have a 1st or 2:1 degree in a numerate subject from a top university, or will otherwise have an exceptionally strong CV.
