Graduate Embedded Software Consultant (26001)
This is an excellent opportunity for a bright candidate looking to get into embedded software engineering and technical consultancy. Working for a small but well-established Cambridge company, the role will involve developing innovative technology to address a broad variety of real-world challenges, bringing products to life which will change people’s lives for the better.
You will be academically bright with a passion for software development and an eagerness to work on embedded technologies where you will be using your skills to bring devices to life on your desk. Projects may span a range of industries so the role should provide ample variety and prospects for developing your professional skills. Client interaction is to be expected, and so you will need to be a confident communicator.
You will need:
- A first or 2.1 degree in a relevant subject such as Computer Science or Electronics from a well-ranked university
- Good coding skills in C++ or C#, and a broad interest in software engineering.
- Some exposure to developing code on a variety of operating systems
- Full existing right to work in the UK without restriction, time limit, or sponsorship
Relevant commercial experience is not a prerequisite, but would be a bonus.
