Senior Electronics Engineer (26006)

A company making major steps towards saving the environment by improving manufacturing processes are looking for an excellent Electronics Engineer, who has developed embedded control systems to join their team. The forward-thinking company are using their innovative technology to reduce the carbon foot-print of manufacturers world-wide, whilst also making processes more energy efficient and profitable.

The multi-skilled team is made up of enthusiastic engineers, who enjoy creating effective solutions to real-world problems.

They are particularly interested in talking to Electronic Engineers who can show evidence of working with high frequency acoustic systems and / or high frequency piezo actuators, used for ink jet printers, ultrasonics or acoustics. The Senior Electronic Engineer should also be skilled in Verilog, embedded C and would have been involved with design for manufacture (DFM), product design verification and validation, as well as meeting regulatory standards such as CE-marking.

The following skills and experience are required to be successful in this post:

• A good degree in Electronic Engineering or similar subject from a well-respected university
• Skilled in Embedded C and Verilog
• Experience with design for manufacture (DFM) and industrial electronics
• Product design verification and validation including knowledge of regulatory standards (CE marking) and best practice industrial design
• PCB design, and design for EMC test and manufacture
• Software development: real-time imaging, embedded control systems, PLC controls, MES interface

Full right to work in the UK without time limit or sponsorship will also be necessary.
