C++ Developer - Healthcare Instrumentation (26130)

This established and expanding company manufacture high resolution instrumentation for histology applications. With new products and markets in their sights, a rare opportunity has arisen for a C++ engineer to join their software team and move into the healthcare device sector.

Your C++ skills would be put to good use developing the back end software that provides control of the hardware and processing of the image data. You would be collaborating with colleagues working on other aspects of the functionality such as the PC-based user interface which will use your API.

You will need:

• Demonstrably strong coding skills in modern multithreaded C++ under Windows.
• Good appreciation of software engineering best practice and what is required to develop robust C++ code.
• Experience of COM and ISO 13485 are desirable but not essential.

This company are located in an accessible rural location close to Cambridge.
