Technical Author (26156)
This key role of Technical Author will take responsibility for user on-boarding and product analysis for a complex software product which is used by a variety of customers within the media, broadcast and retail industries to manage their video assets. This will include building an environment which customers can use to access tutorials and wiki pages as well as analysing user feedback and patterns across their product journey.
A pre-requisite is the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner while also contributing your own creative flair. Your written communication will be accurate with good attention to detail.
This role also requires the following skills:
- Experience of building Appcues or other similar tutorial technologies
- Experience building knowledge-based software e.g. Helpjuice
- Analytical skills applied to understanding users’ journeys
- A good academic background
Knowledge of Google Analytics, RoboHelp and Zendesk would be of additional interest. You will also ideally have experience in a software product company.
