Software Analyst / Product Owner (26212)

A new role for a Software Analyst / Product Owner is being recruited for by this software development company. The position would suit someone who is well-versed in how commercial software products are developed and put together, and who can work closely with customers to understand their business needs and produce rich requirement specifications.

It is expected that the role will mostly require communications with customers via telephone, email or video meetings (although occasional trips to client sites may happen).

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer-facing role within software or IT.
• Demonstrable experience in requirements capture for software products coupled with an understanding of business development.
• Good level of exposure to software engineering practices and full software life-cycles in order to understand about future feature possibilities, software maintenance and test processes.
• Able to work concurrently on projects, and ideally have experience in delivering projects in a short period of time.
