Scientific IP Manager (26224)

This Cambridge company has developed innovative engineering and scientific based technologies around microfluidics and chemistries. As they build and develop further IP, they are looking for a Scientific IP Manager to join them and take a key role in managing and maintaining their growing IP portfolio. This would include: reviewing patents and assisting the company in IP landscaping; interacting with R&D team, Business Development team and external legal teams; supporting patent applications and trademarking; due diligence searching; and assessing new IP applications.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified (ideally in a STEM subject).
• Experience as a Patent or IP Manager.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work independently when needed and deliver projects to set deadlines.

Interested candidates must be able to work in the UK without restriction and be able to visit their Cambridge offices (hybrid working is possible). In return, an excellent remuneration package is available including a wide range of benefits (share options, pension scheme and life insurance).
