C# Developer (26278)
This is a PC application software role as part of a new team working as though they were a start-up but within an established company with all the benefits that brings. They are being given the autonomy to move into this new business area, automated scientific instrumentation.
Ideally you will have previously either worked on embedded systems or have some knowledge about how electronics is controlled. There are also ASP.NET web interfaces to create.
As a Software Developer you will have good understanding of designing C# software for commercial applications and possess a good technical degree from a top university. Your skills will include:
- Thorough understanding of C#, in a complex application
- Experience of ASP.NET Core using Bootstrap, Razor, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience of source control and software build processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with other teams across various disciplines
- Sufficient exposure to hardware interfaces or instrument control via software
This position offers challenging work and a friendly, fun and dynamic working environment. Due to working close to hardware it is anticipated you will need to spend some time in the Cambridgeshire office but they are open to hybrid working when the project allows.
