Electronics Verification / Validation Engineer (26316)

This Electronics Test Engineer role is a great opportunity to join a leading engineering team which is creating innovative solutions to solve tough problems in a range of industries. Your test skills and ingenuity will be put to good use ensuring that their finished products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

In this role you would be devising test methodologies and rigs, creating and executing test suites for design verification and validation, authoring technical reports and documenting test procedures and test equipment set-up to support product certification. You would be a key contributor to design reviews, helping to improving the overall quality of the final product as well as championing continuous improvement of the engineering processes. Testing may be completed in-house, or off-site where specialised facilities are need, so occasional travel may be required.

You will need:

• A good degree in electronics or a similarly applicable subject from a well-respected university
• A strong understanding of electronics and electrical engineering including test techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to produce clear concise documentation
• Full right to work in the UK

Software coding skills or an understanding of RF and EMC testing would benefit your application.
