Back End Software Engineer (26320)
Join this established leader in web-based Digital Asset Management as they grow their engineering team and develop a range of exciting new software capabilities.
You would be joining a friendly, Agile SCRUM team of developers working on powerful indexing, searching, and editing features, as well as integration with Ai-driven libraries, user-customisable interfaces, and leading industry tools.
It’s expected that you will be a proactive engineer, who enjoys pitching in when problems need solving, and who has the insight and expertise to visualise the system level view of the software functionality and use that expertise to help colleagues and clients.
Skills and attributes:
- A solid academic background with a 1st or 2.1 degree from a good university
- Experience of commercial software development
- Strong coding skills in C#, XML and REST; skills in C++, AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud microservices would be a bonus
- A good understanding of API design, security and multi-threaded programming
- Full existing right to work in the UK without sponsorship
