Project Lead Electronics Engineer (26390)
This growing tech company is tackling real-world problems with their innovative tech products - looking to automate highly manual tasks through their autonomous robotic vehicles. They have successfully delivered a number of generations of their robots and are looking to take the knowledge and experience gained to scale up their next generation product.
The company are looking for a senior Electronics Engineer to join them in a lead project role which is a combination of hands-on engineering, design and development as well as leading EMC and overall electronic testing, overseeing subcontractors and mentoring junior electronic design engineers. These robotic systems are sophisticated and would require knowledge of:
- mixed signal circuit design
- design for EMC, manufacture and test
- power electronics including motor drive
- experience of applying EN 13849 in design processes
- broad knowledge of embedded systems
It is expected that interested candidates are degree qualified and can demonstrate highly relevant project experience through industry work they have completed / been part of. Further, additional experience in team leadership, project management and high-value volume manufacture would be desirable. No company sponsorship is available.

Hybrid working is possible but would depend on projects at that time (the robot is too large to take home to work on).
