About you: You are interested in technology and degree qualified in a technical/numerate subject. Perhaps you have prior industry experience but are looking for a new career. You are confident but self-aware, competitive but collaborative, honest, tactful and on occasion persuasive but not "pushy". You are self-propelled and will find things out for yourself without waiting to be told. You take direction well but don’t need it day to day. Most of all, you like the sound of achievement directly linked to your own initiative and hard work.
Your main task will be to find suitable, high calibre candidates for our clients – leading UK high-tech companies. Communication is key, so you’ll need to be able to express yourself well in writing, and have an excellent telephone manner and good attention to detail.
You’ll have technical knowledge of one or more of the fields in which we recruit: software, electronics, engineering or the applied sciences. And you’ll be keen to learn more about other fields.
