Project Manager (26482)
Use you project management skills to help bring about a green power revolution! This growing start-up are turning research from Cambridge University into consumer technology that is set to make a major contribution to reducing the carbon footprint.
You will be managing multiple development projects, working with a bright cross-disciplinary team of engineers and scientists as well as external contractors and partners. These projects could be proofs-of-concept, sub-systems, or complete products. Your skills will be instrumental in bringing these efforts to fruition whilst meeting time, cost and quality goals.
You will be adept at leading estimation of tasks and schedules, tracking progress and overcoming obstacles in collaboration with your team; maintaining project documentation and reporting progress, managing subcontractors, and keeping progress on track and on budget whilst delivering to a high quality.
You will need:
- A good technical degree in an engineering or science subject from a well-respected university.
- Strong project management skills gained through a combination of formal qualifications (PMP / PRINCE II) and commercial experience.
- Expertise in Microsoft Project, ISO9001, the development V-model, and New Product Introduction.
- The company are unable to offer sponsorship so you will need full existing right to work in the UK without time limit or restriction.
