Electronics Technician (26570)

Smart phones, wearable tech – each year, companies release a new range of products and the best of them incorporate new technology that allows products to be faster, more efficient and smaller in size. Behind these revolutions are companies such as this one who develop cutting-edge technology.

This IP-rich tech company will be unheard of to most, but their technology can be found in the high-street incorporated within top selling consumer electronic products. They are working on new projects and are looking for a dynamic Electronics Technician to join their team. In this role, you would be involved in new product development all the way to mass production. Responsibilities would include: assembly of components (including electronics), soldering onto PCBs, component stock management, electronic testing of assemblies and relevant documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree, HND or similar in electronics.
• Good attention to detail and following technical processes.
• Computer literate including use of MS Office (especially Excel).
• Technical skills / experience should include soldering for small surface mounted components and ideally electronic assemblies.
• Exposure to an electronic production environment would be desirable.
