Head of Operations (26591)

Based in Cambridge, this high-tech company have built up a portfolio of IP which is central to their success. Their technology is used by their partners in a range of consumer hardware products. Due to growth of the company, they are now looking to have a Head of Operations who will lead and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations for their R&D team.

As Head of Operations, you will have responsibility to develop and streamline processes, and ultimately create efficient methods to deliver projects. It is expected you’ll have an academic background in electronics, engineering or physics, and subsequently worked at hardware / software tech companies of 100+ people. You’ll have experience with high-volume products and most recently worked as a Head of Operations (or similar) position. The role would be mostly based at their offices in Cambridge.
