This is an exciting opportunity to lead a multi-disciplinary applied sciences team for a multinational company specialising in sensor technology. Working directly under the CTO you will be defining strategy as well as being responsible for project goals and delivery.
In support of the work on strategy, leadership, and project management, you will need expertise in the field of optical spectroscopy or chemical sensors. You will use this expertise not just to help chart a successful course for the company, but also to train and develop members of your team.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Physics or related field
- Excellent working knowledge of optical spectroscopy and/or chemical sensor development
- Track record of managing multi-disciplinary technical teams in R&D
