Expert Technologist (26660)
Do you know the difference between Doppler ultrasonography, elastography and SoS imaging? Have you been part of a team where your expertise has been used to build new medical instruments based on ultrasound technology? Have you delivered projects that have resulted in your machines being used in hospitals or clinical surgeries for patients?
Our client is a medical device instrumentation development team, working on next generation projects. Their multidisciplinary group consists of software developers, scientists, engineers and technology specialists. They are looking for an ultrasound specialist to join them as an Expert Technologist and provide key insight into how new, innovative machines can be build that will harness the latest ultrasound advances.
Requirements:
- You will have a background in software, physics or engineering, which will probably include a PhD.
- You will have relevant demonstrable industry experience through employment or partnerships working on ultrasound applied technologies used for medical device instrumentation builds. This should include technologies in ultrasound hardware, signal processing, probe construction, transducer design and system integration.
You will be familiar working in a multidisciplinary team within regulated environments and be able to communicate (spoken and written) with a range of stakeholders.
