You will be:

• Degree qualified in a technical or numerate subject, with an abiding interest in technology including in disciplines other than your own.
• Either starting out in your career, or have prior scientific or engineering experience, whether commercial or academic, in a field in which we recruit.
• An excellent communicator, able to express yourself well in writing, and with a good telephone manner.
• Detail-oriented and very capable of multitasking.

These qualities will serve you well, as you are:

• Confident but self aware; collaborative but gently competitive; honest, tactful and on occasion persuasive, but not “pushy”.
• Self-propelled, finding things out yourself without waiting to be told.
• Someone who takes direction well, but doesn’t generally need it day to day.
• Seeking achievement directly linked to your own initiative and hard work.
