Embedded Linux Engineer (26689)

This pioneering company is looking for an Embedded Linux Engineer to join their Embedded Engineering team. You will be working on their next generation software platform involved in the full development life cycle from initial design through to deployment.

This is a great opportunity for a talented and ambitious software developer to create a platform used by both multinationals and individual consumers from around the world. You will be writing modern C++ on Debian Linux developing diverse aspects of the platform from kernel drivers to video streaming.

Requirements:

• 1st or 2.1 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field from a top-class university
• Excellent practical knowledge of modern C++ with asynchronous, multi-threaded and object-oriented programming
• Good communication skills for working in an Agile and collaborative team environment
