Robotics Engineer, Medical Instrumentation (26730)
Development of new medicines, processing biological trials and patient diagnostics are typically accomplished through high-precision automated systems that can process and test large numbers of samples. Our client is a specialised technology company that works with their customers to produce bespoke robotic automation platforms used for medical applications. Their world-class instruments are designed and engineered through the multidisciplinary expertise of their development teams.
They are currently looking to recruit a Robotics Engineer who will take a systems approach to projects. They will work collaboratively with other engineers and scientists to overcome technical problems and deliver projects. Due to the varied nature of the role, adaptability and knowing how to prioritise is important.
Requirements:
- Academic background in electronics or software engineering, ideally at Master’s level.
- Demonstrable knowledge, skills and experience in development of robotic system architectures for automation machines / platforms.
- Experience working in manufacturing or process automation systems ideally for bioprocessing.
- Strong communication skills and highly competent in project management, collaborations and adaptability.
