Manufacturing Engineer (27011)
This team is looking for a manufacturing engineer to help them in the low-mid volume production of a brand-new product entering the bio-tools industry in later this year. With prototype devices already tested and validated they are in the final stages of building out a manufacturing line and need your help to run and optimise their processes and equipment. Your responsibilities will also include working alongside the design, software, and applications teams to improve the products and consumer experience.
Requirements:
- Degree level knowledge in manufacturing, process, or automation engineering with a proven track record of successfully developing manual and automated manufacturing processes in industry.
- Thorough understanding of manufacturing equipment and jig and fixture design.
- Experience conducting RCAs, NCRs, and CAPAs in a multidisciplinary team.
- Good understanding of statistical process control and data analysis for monitoring and improving manufacturing yield and throughput. Additional knowledge of automated data collection using Python or AWS would be beneficial.
