Programme Manager (27026)

Ideally with a background in product or device development and a solid grounding in the fundamentals of mechanical, electrical, control, or software engineering, you will be a positive and resilient person able to guide multi-disciplinary teams through product development and commercial release. You will take responsibility for planning and managing projects using the lifecycle management framework and ensure the company’s goals are met.

For this role you must be an effective communicator, at ease with engaging internal teams and fostering client relationships. You will need to forecast, monitor and agree resources with Engineering Managers, securing the delivery of targets to a high level of quality, on time and within budget.

The attributes needed for this role are:

• A good degree (2:1 or above) in an engineering subject from a well-respected university.
• The ability to manage multiple complex projects, balancing risk, long-term and short-term goals, actively anticipating potential issues and playing a key role in finding the solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the gravitas and ability to influence clients and key stakeholders, ensuring successful outcomes for projects.
• Willingness and ability to travel to America and Asia frequently.
