This thriving company is looking for an Electronics Engineer to join their team and help in the development of their consumer-focused products. You will be working alongside talented and experienced professionals in electronics, software, and mechanical engineering in an environment that will help you develop as an engineer and grow your career. This isn’t a role where you will be stuck working in a niche, instead you will work across the full product lifecycle gaining valuable experience in a variety of areas.
On any given day you could be working together with mechanical engineers testing new electro-mechanical systems or maybe writing some embedded software alongside a software engineer or perhaps discussing future projects with key stakeholders. This really is an opportunity to get involved with all aspects of product design and development. With such a wide remit you will need enthusiasm and a ‘can do’ attitude as you continue to learn new things each day.
This company is looking for a degree qualified electronics engineer who already has some commercial experience. You will need to be a good all-rounder to fit in, but there are a few standout skills they are looking for in a candidate:
- EDA proficiency for schematic capture, simulation, and PCB layout.
- Embedded software development in C or C++, especially related to control systems.
- Hands-on hardware testing knowledge covering typical lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, data loggers, and DMM’s.
