Control Engineer (27065)
Our client is looking for an outstanding Control Engineer to join their world-class team of technologists, working on algorithm development for precision control systems. Their designs involve superb positional accuracy and are used in a variety of commercial products.
The client is looking for a talented individual with a creative spark. To impress them you will need to have exemplary technical qualifications and relevant industrial experience and achievements. As part of their highly skilled and multidisciplinary team, you will have the freedom to work on various interesting problems from beginning to end. There will be many opportunities to work together with other experts from their mechanical, electronics, microchip, and firmware teams.
Requirements:
- A good degree in engineering or physics from a top university
- Practical experience with control systems, preferably in a commercial setting
- Experience writing real-time C code for microcontrollers and using MATLAB for prototyping
- Ability to design experimental test setups for electro-mechanical systems
In addition to your technical excellence, you will also demonstrate good communication skills, show initiative, make decisions and operate in a multi-disciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to make an important contribution within the company. Your salary will be competitive and dependent on relevant academic and/or industrial experience.
