Mechanical Engineer (27163)

This product and technology development company is seeking a commercially knowledgeable mechanical engineer to join their multi-disciplinary team working on leading-edge miniature electro-mechanical systems. You will be working on all aspects of the product lifecycle from initial designs through prototyping and testing to volume manufacture. You will be working closely with other mechanical engineers as well as electronics and control engineers to push at the boundaries of what’s feasible.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable commercial skills developing small scale electro-mechanical systems from concept to manufacture
• Top degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar from a highly rated university
• Experienced with 3D CAD, ideally SolidWorks
• Full existing rights to work in the UK, this company cannot sponsor

While not required, a background in technical consultancy would be valued as a demonstration of both your technical versatility and communication skills.
