Test & Development Engineer (27234)
This scientific engineering product company is growing their technical team. They are recruiting for hands-on, onsite engineers to join them in a number of different functions. This includes the hiring of a Test & Development Engineer to help the company advance their projects. As part of the Product Delivery team, you would work on their central product system – combining different disciplines to bring to market their product platform.
As a Test & Development Engineer, you’ll play a key role in testing and verifying all components and aspects for a robotic automation manufacturing system used for biological processes. Your projects will involve electromechanical device assembly for a multi-component platform, prototype testing, and assist in transfer to manufacture.
Requirements:
- Background in electronics, mechatronics or similar, ideally to Bachelor’s / Master’s level.
- Relevant industry experience in testing complex electromechanical systems within a product development environment.
- Exposure to reliability testing methodologies including how to execute test plans for quality and performance.
- Experience with documentation including test reports.
- Additional skills with test scripts and processing log files would be beneficial.
Due to the dynamic nature of projects, good communication skills are needed. Work may change as new concepts are implemented and this role needs to keep abreast of product changes as the company implements these decisions.
The role is fully onsite in order to work closely with the hardware. Their offices and lab space are in purpose-built buildings in green surroundings. Parking is available.
